My husband has a lot of sinus issues so you better believe this sinus roller is a staple in our household. He won’t even travel without it.
If you have congestion, a runny nose, or a lot of drainage, this can help almost bind it together so it’s less runny and easier to blow out in a tissue. I’m paraphrasing here based on what my husband told me, as sinus issues are like the one issue I do not have.
So if this sounds like something you could use, I highly recommend you give it a try.
What You Need:

- 10 drops Copaiba essential oil
- 10 drops RC essential oil (or Raven or any type of Eucalyptus)

Directions:
- Add the specified number of drops of each essential oil to the roller bottle.
- Fill the remaining roller bottle with carrier oil of your choice. Leave a little bit of space at the top so you can mix it all together (step 3).
- Click the roller top in and give it a little shake.
- Apply externally where your sinuses are located: forehead, bridge of nose, and cheeks. Do not apply on or near eyes, ears, in nose, mouth, or private areas.
- Let it work its magic ✨
- Note: If this ends up being too strong and causes irritation, you can cut the amount of drops in half and just add more carrier oil.
Disclaimer:
I have bought and used essential oils from the grocery store, Doterra, and Young Living. The Doterra and store bought oils have never lasted long or worked very well. For that reason, I only use Young Living essential oils and I can only speak to the efficacy and safety of this recipe using Young Living essential oils. If you use a different brand of essential oil and don’t find it works, they may not be quality oils and I would recommend trying a higher quality oil instead.
